With the «Space Strategy for Europe» from the European Commission and the new ESA roadmap on the table, the European space stakeholders will have the best opportunity to debate with high-level European decision-makers and, thus, to shape the future of European space programmes and to influence the spread of space services in the economy, the society and other public fields, including security and defence.

Especially that the conference will take place at the very moment of the review of the current multiannual financial framework (MFF) 2014-2020, including the Programme Horizon 2020, and of the upcoming preparation of the next MFF for period 2020-2027, with a new EU RD&I Programme.
