Tycho was founded in 2022 by three NTNU students with more than 15 years of combined SmallSat and NewSpace expertise. We develop technology and solutions for small satellites. The team has experience covering the full ESA project lifecycle (excluding end-of-life disposal), from problem definition to satellite launch and operations. The co-founders have previously been responsible for mission definition, payload development, systems design, embedded programming, and pre-launch qualification of Orbit NTNU’s SelfieSat as well as operations of the HYPSO-1 satellite.
We are working on finding our position in the market with the vision of developing SmallSat Payloads to gain new knowledge of the Earth and finding innovative solutions to challenging problems.
